Unable to activate workflow in flow designer

Hi All,
I have created 5workflows in flow designer.
they are in Draft status and I am not able to publish them
Two are activated and working fine but I am not able to activate rest 3.
I click activate and get a message that flow has been activated successfully but when I go back to the workflow list the value still appears to be false.
Please help.

Hi Ankur,
no error, After I activate I get a message that Flow activated successfully but then I go back to check the status I see same Value False.

Are you able to see any difference in those flows which got activated and other which isn't

Hi Ankur,
Nope nothing is different in all these except the keyword for the trigger and priority of the tasks.
Flow logic is also same for all the flows.

Not sure then what might be the issue.
try to recreate the flow again and then save and activate that

Hi
The way you are activating is proper no doubt but something might be messing up here better to reload page or clear cache of browser, close and reopen browser sometimes cache issue happens and this stuff don't work.
Also the list you are showing can you change active =false to true from list view itself, I know this is not proper way but give a try it will activate flow.
And if none of above steps work recreate flow again as suggested by Ankur and even if it doesn't work better to reach out ServiceNow HI team.
