Unable to change the owner of the Document in the list view(dms_document)

We have a managed document in our platform and the owner who created it has left the organisation.
Am trying the update the owner but operation is not allowed.
The owner field is only visible in list view and edit option is not available. It is not greayed out as well.
When I try to click a blue colour box appears

Hi @bharanikumar20 ,
Try updating it using background script. Or Check it any script or ACL is preventing you from updating.Do you have admin role?

Hi , Tried updating through script through admin access.
Also there is no ACL defined for it
