Unable to Glide " kb_knowledge" records for knowledge base "HR & Legal Knowledge" from global

i have written a script from where i am gliding  "kb_knowledge" records for knowledge base "HR & Legal Knowledge" from global scope, but the results are not coming. The roles i have to access knowledge base "HR & Legal Knowledge".

can anyone help ?

there is no such record present in that table , but i am creation this  so, what would be the source type?
