Unable to see Knowledge Base categories I have added

Hello,

I have gone into Knowledge and under 'Knowledge Bases' created a new KB labelled 'Infrastructure'

However when I go to add a Knowledge Category it won't show up under that KB?

The default one that comes OOB works fine, I even tried it with an insert and stay.

Any ideas? or is it something that's maybe hiding them?

Try going to kb_category.list from the Application Navigator. Do you see it there? Is the Parent ID filled in?


I have checked and the KB is there and the Parent ID has been filled in.


And the Active checkbox is marked as TRUE? If so, can you post some screenshots of what you're seeing?


Everything is as you would expect, so its quite odd.

This is the 'Test' Category I created for the KB Infrastructure

This is the view under Infrastructure, as you can see no category called 'Test' is shown.
