Universal Request roles needed for Triaging

I have currently set up the service set for universal request.  I want to understand what roles are needed for the group and if the group can create HR cases and or Incidents without the itil role.  I have created a group and I've given the group the following access:

 

sn_uni_req.routing_agent

sn_uni_req.sensitiveinfo_agent

sn_uni_req.universal_request_read

sn_uni_req.universal_request_write

Hi @Jewell_Aubert 

 

For incident you can give incident_write role and for HR, i think HR basic is required.
