Update RITM State when Catalog Task is Updated

Hello All!
I have a requirement that has to be met where a RITM state has to be updated once ONE of the catalog task states moves from Open to Work in Progress. How can this be accomplished? Currently, when I put one of the Catalog Tasks in a Work in Progress state, the RITM state remains in a Pending state. However, for the initial Go-Live release, RITMs will not have group ownership- Each team will solely be responsible for their Task that's tied to that RITM.
Again, how can the RITM state move from Pending to Work in Progress once a Catalog Task moves from Open to Work in Progress?
Similar to how Catalog Tasks move to Closed Complete and the RITM and REQ are updated

Hey Chuck
This is working very well. I have a question.
What if the Request has multiple tasks. The person puts the first task as "Pending" so the RITM changes to "Pending" which is what we want. Then the person finally completes the first task and closes task which marks the task "Close Complete" and moves on to the next task which is Open. The RITM still says "Pending" even though we are now on a new task that is in an Open state.
Basically, how can you change the RITM back to the original state, which for us is "Open", if it moves to a new task? Some of our RITMs have an SLA that pauses on "Pending", so just trying to determine how to take the RITM state off of "Pending" when the workflow moves to a new task so the SLA can continue counting.
