Hi All,
I have noticed some Records in my Update Set being updated by the User "guest" and wonding where this came from.
I assume it has to do when pausing work, get back and in the meantime being logged out from ServiceNow Instance and then make some changes in the actual update set leads to this behaviour.
If so, can the entrys be deleted?
Thanks
Thomas

Hello Thomas,
I agree with removing them from your update set. However, I found the time is different and doesn't seem to be created due to session logout. Even if you have logged out and logged back in, the system will take your account only.
If this is your client instance, maybe you need to take this more seriosuly.

Yes you can remove those from your update set if you wish not to promote those to next instance

Hi,
Please try to reproduce this issue.
If not possible then raise a HI ticket with ServiceNow and they should be able to help you how these came.
