User is not able search in the Approvers tab under RITM

Hi All,

 

There is an issue from a specific user where he cannot search anything from the Approvers tab under the Requested Item record.

When impersonating the user's account, he's not able to search anything from the search functionalities highlighted below. Note this user has an 'itil' and 'approver_user' role.

Are we missing something on this? Thanks.

Yes. It's working for Admins and other users. The issue is only for this specific user.

Did you ask that user to clear cache using cache.do and then logout and login again and ask to confirm?

In the screenshot we can see search bar. Could you share more information? Like what the user is trying to search & what's th error he/she is getting.?
