users not getting nofications/emails on watchlist

users not getting nofications/emails on watchlist.. any idea why? I have checked the email logs.. and SN did not send any to the watch list recipient. isn't this an out of the box configuration? when a change is approved shouldn't the watchlister's get a notification for that?

Add the Users/Groups in fields to your list view for notifications. You can search for watch_list and see all of the notifications that send to watch_list users:

Incident, Request, & Change - have some notifications to watch list.


Problem - normally there isn't a Caller, so no.
