Users not having delegates

How can i pull the list of users who are not having any delegates to them ?

Its working fine but what if there are users who are having delegates but their time has been ended?

In that case, you would need to redelegate using the same process. Once the end time is reached, the delegation access will be revoked.

that's what I did in related list condition

I gave count=0, it means users with no delegates
