Users not having delegates

How can i pull the list of users who are not having any delegates to them ?

Look like 2 thread for same discussion going on, as i already answered

In that case, you would need to redelegate using the same process. Once the end time is reached, the delegation access will be revoked.

So if you want to still see then create a report on delegated table where records will be there whose end date is cross.
