UX (Service Operations) Workspace Attachment Boundaries

Trying to see how to adjust the attachment drag and drop boundaries on a UX workspace.  Would this be done in UI builder or some record in-platform with a front end script?  Agent Workspace allows for files to be dropped into anywhere on the page, but Service Ops Workspace has a very small area to work with.  

I am attaching some images for context to compare the two.

Not yet but supposedly this is coming in Vancouver

This was not provided in Vancouver.   I opened a case for it to get more info, and was told the behavior is 'similar enough' and the idea submitted was closed was not to make it exactly the same just 'like' it.  My only recourse is to submit a 'new idea'.

I'll upvote it, I think the support rep said it was coming but cannot remember.  I also had a meeting with the Service Ops engineering team and told them to add it
