Virtual Agent Lite - Report an Issue - defaults to Urgency = High

Hi,

When the Virtual Agent offers to log a call, it by default selects the 1-High value, is there any way to change this to 3-Low? I can't see how to make that change?

Go to 

  1. Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Designer and check what has been given as input in the designer.

Set the default value of the "Urgency" variable in the "Create Incident using VA" record producer to the value for 3-Low
