Visibility domain not coming through on group

We have 3 domains in our environment.

Top
Top/Sub1
Top/Sub2

Our user is created in Top and we want to give visibility to both the sub domains. 

This user is in two groups. One group is visible to Sub1, the other is visible to Sub2. 

However, when I look at the user's profile under the Visibility Domain tab, it only shows Top/Sub1. His other group membership doesn't show up at all which should show he has access to Top/Sub2.

In short, he is in two groups where each group has visibility to one of the two sub domains. Only one of those is showing up on his profile.

I removed the visibility from the group that doesn't appear to be working and readded it but it did not reflect this on his profile.

What could be causing this?

Hi Wilber,

I tried to re-create your scenario in my Personal Instance, and it is just working fine.

I am also able to see 2 Visibility Domains for my demo user. Please check out my below screen-shot.

Are you sure, that you are viewing User's profile through Global (or in your case TOP domain) ?

Still, if that doesn't helps, re-create the scenario and provide Visibility to your groups from Global Domain.
