Hi - did you ever find the answer to this question? I'm looking into doing the same thing.

All of the answers here relate to the SGC, which integrates with ServiceNow Incident - i.e. ITSM. Nothing here addresses piping Meraki "alerts" through ITOM/Event Management which is the point of the original post.
