What is the data retention period for sys_ui_navigator_history entries?

I was wondering if someone could provide some information in regards to the 'sys_ui_navigator_history' table that populates the History tab in the Unified Navigation in San Diego. Does anyone know how long this data is stored for a user or if there are properties to modify the behaviour of the data retention periods?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Here you go:
https://your-instance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_auto_flush.do?sys_id=47df2726c3031010c5844b46dd40dd98

It's controlled by this Auto Flush record.

Hi Ethan,

Try this Property

Procedure

  1. Navigate to sys_properties.list.
  2. Locate the glide.ui.nav.history_length property.
  3. Edit the property Value.

Thank you for the reply. I can't see anything in the article that indicates for how long History entries are stored before they are 'cleaned' or even if there is such a process. Sorry if that wasn't clear in the question.
