Hi there,

The 'Include in System Clone' field basically tells ServiceNow which Data Preserver records should be cloned down to the target instance when performing a system clone -- otherwise if set to false the Data Preserver record will not be viewable in the target instance after system clone is complete.

For more information, please see KB0999587

Below is the answer I've got from the SN support:

What is this value for?
"Include in System Clone" is the new field for a feature that is not live or rolled out in the versions available to customers.
As of now, it has no use in the clone.

How does the value impact the clone?
Whether the value is true or false, as of now, will not affect the clone excludes or preserves list during the cloning process.

Can you change this value?
No.
