When adding catalog and knowledge categories to topic system automatically creates empty catalog

Hi All,

i am working on hrsd module so, the problem was we add added AI search widget which is inside topic content widget to esc portal when we searching there with name of request they were not coming up so we added all the knowledge and catalogs to knowlegde and catalog categories which is a related list inside topic.

After doing we got three empty catalog created by system. Do anyone have answer to this question. Please share your solutions.

How did you add them? Because it sounds like you truly 'added' categories to the system, instead of relating the existing ones.

I just moved all the catalogs from slush bucket to the right and those are all oob.
