Hello Allen,
Does this happen to all videos you upload or just this one? Showing no run time leads me to believe there was just an error on upload and the file is corrupt within ServiceNow.

Hello Allen,
Attach the video to the KB article using a paperclip icon and then click on the insert/edit video button in HTML and select type as 'attachment'. See KB0830105
