We are working with a few issues which Stem from the synchronization of user records between Active Directory and ServiceNow. We need to know where we can access the user provisioning logs to further investigate these issues.

Hi,
I would suggest you the check the System Logs available to the following menu:
System Logs > System Log > All
Here you will be able to debug and troubleshoot your issues.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.
Thank you
Cheers

Hello Alberto,
Thank you for your reply!
I would like to follow up my question based on your reply. Is there an efficient way to filter the User Provisioning logs that have to do with Azure? If not, is there somewhere within ServiceNow that we can pull these logs directly?
Best Regards,
Chris

I would suggest to put some filter condition in the Log list, and Save this filter view so that it will be available also in future.
Unfortunately there is no any way to pull these logs directly, at least I don't know any way 🙂
Hope this will be a bit more clear and helpful for you.
Cheers
Alberto
