where do I find our ServiceNow account number that starts with "ACCT?"

We opened a support case to get one of our users' accounts linked to our account so that she could sign up for classes on NowLearning. The only account number we could fine was the one from the ServiceNow sales order. That is not the correct account number. They closed the case and referred us to the admin for our account. That's me. And I cannot find a number starting with "ACCT." Obviously, very new to ServiceNow.

It's been so long I don't remember...I think I wound up not actually needing an account number. Sorry.

No worries. We were able to get the number from Now Support. They also mentioned that we can contact our account executive to get the number, so we're good now.
