Hello,

I'm trying to whitelist a custom URL to our instance.

I'm trying to follow the documentation in the link below, but the instructions is not complete here and I could not find the complete instructions. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-platform-administration/page/administer/security/referenc...

I added the URL to the glide.ui.concourse.onmessage_enforce_same_origin as shown in the screenshot, but this is not working.

Please let me know what I need to do in order to ger this to work

ServiceNow can be a little persnickety about host names. You might try changing the value to be:

https://test.customurl.com

Without the final backslash. I've seen that cause a failure in other areas where you're dealing with hosts within the system.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

Thank you Michael for your response.

I have removed the final backslash, but that did not help.

Beside setting the value, is there is anything else I need to set in order to get this to work

Well, it looks like there might be other configuration required.

I'll admit I've never had a reason to set anything like this up personally so my experience is limited, but this seems to show kind of a step-by-step with links to the docs for one particular scenario. Might help give you an idea of something you might have missed?
