why Azure SSO is loging user out all the time when trying to login?

Hello Everyone,
I have followed the following procedure to integrate servicenow with Azure SSO, in fact I have checked everything three times to make sure I don't miss anything:

However when I go to my instance, click external login, I get redirected to the correct login page  but when I enter my credentials it logs me out every time.

The user is there, with the correct SSO source, it is active and not locked out. It is a user I have setup in azure in auto provisioning.

Has someone experienced this before? I have spent a few hours and can't find the solution.
