When we create an article in Microsoft word with images and then try and copy and paste into knowledge articles the formatting changes and all the images are removed. There should be an easy way to copy and paste from one form to another.
Any Ideas?

Depending upon your release of Geneva/Helsinki - you should be able to use the import functionality. The images in MS Word are brought over as attachments, and also embedded in the article

We now have Jakarta and were told that this capability would be there, but we cannot make it work. Can you please direct us to instructions on allowing us to copy from Word and paste into a KB article with losing all the images or requiring you to add each image individually. Importing isn't the answer if you are building from a Knowledge Submission off the Incident process.

Hi,
We are in kingston and still have some misterious issues pasting to servicenow HTML Field.
The Chrome browser in Windows 10 is asking for activating Adobe Flash support to be able to paste from Microsoft Office applications.
Does anybody have come across this issue? My security disables Adobe Flash support by default and this is breaking the records that it creates. The javascript code in the record producer is not executing properly after creating the record and I believe it to be a side effect of the issue.
Also there is a known problem scheduled to be corrected in Madrid that the Edge browser is not able to paste from Office applications.
I'll put here the link to the problem for you to know:

Right now the most consistent experience is in the Internet Explorer 11 because it asks for ActiveX scripting but after that step the paste works ok.
As a conclusion I dont't think the version Tinymce vs 4.0.26 altough more recent than the 3.0 resolves all the issues in pasting to html fields in windows.
Best regards,
Luis Franco
