Why cant I find Certification Self-Test Tool Certification on my PDI or on org instance ?

I cant find it on my PDI or on org instance. it also does not list under Plugins search on the instance, why so ?

Certification process can only be started from a vendor instance, so it wouldn't make sense to use this tool on any other.

How to identify if a instance is vendor instance or not ?

My org instance is not a PDI but still the tools isnt available in installed plugins or Plugins search bar.

Org instance is one of the many dev instance for all to work on POCs and internal workshops on ServiceNow. The org is a partner to ServiceNow.

The easiest way is to look at the instance name. If it's a vendor instance it starts with ven.

Hi Self Test tool will not be available on PDI, as we are not able to publish any app from PDI.
