Why I see "Not Subscribed" for Application ITSM Mobile Agent.

I need this application on client production instance and I see the option of not subscribed there.

I was able to get this application for the developer instance. Any help of how could I subscribe this app.

Tried to get it on Store too but not able to get the actual plugin anywhere.

How could I actually subscribe it.

You're entitled to all products on a non-prod instance. This message usually indicates that the product isn't included within your license model. For this particular product, your client may be on an older licensing model such as ITSA.

Speak to your account rep for assistance.

We had the same issue and were required to 'opt-in' before we could install this application on our production instance.

Steps to 'Opt-in'

From the plugin page click the 'Find in Store' then search for the application.
Select the application search result
Click View Products
Select the product
Click Opt-in
Go to prod instance and plugin should now be available to install.
