I created a record producer for a new custom table( task-based), added it into service catalog.
When I access it from Employee Service Center Portal, submit a new record, the work notes and additional comments journal fields cannot display on the conversation widget of ticket form.
Dose anyone know the reason?

Hi,
There is a ACL on this fields which you might have to change. Ideally Worknotes are meant for internal use and should not be visible to end user. Only additional comments should be.
For this you have to add or amend existing ACL.
Thanks,
Ashutosh

What ACL should I change?
I am using the internal user to test it, both of the the comments and work notes cannot display.

Thanks so much for your help. It looks OK of the ACL setting.
I used the System administrator account to test, assigned the roles of itil,task_editor, and the access role of my custom table., but still cannot see the comments.
Everything is OK in the desktop.
added the necessary roles to System administrator
