I am assuming you are talking about general prerequisites for deploying Now Assist AI Agents. Please see this link:

Yokohoma will work, but as of today, Zurich Patch 1 would be better. In addition, in order to get the most out of AI Agents, I would suggest you also have Now Assist for Virtual Agent and Now Assist Panel (both Conversational Assistants) enabled.
