I am new to ServiceNow and have recently completed the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals – On Demand course. Currently, I am working on the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals LabX. I am planning to pursue the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and would like guidance on obtaining certification vouchers, recommended preparation resources, and best practices for exam readiness. Additionally, I would appreciate advice on the most in-demand and promising ServiceNow career paths in the current market, such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, CMDB, Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and AI-driven solutions. As a beginner, I would also like recommendations on the learning roadmap, certifications, and skills I should focus on next to build a successful career in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

1. Spend at least 1–2 hours daily on the ServiceNow Community. Observe the kinds of technical questions being asked and how experienced members respond. You’ll learn a lot passively this way—and I highly encourage you to start answering questions as well. Explaining concepts to others will improve your technical thinking and deepen your understanding.

Hi @rajchowhan 

There no voucher concept anymore.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes via credit card or learning credit, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
