how to fix Transform map issue

Hi All,
Can some one help me why "Operatonal" field value not successfully ppulating when I did transform map.
Operational values populated based on Operation system, in Transform map Operational field successfully not updated.
Operational
Value : Window , Label Window Dependent Value :Windows 2000 Professional
Value : Window , Label Window Dependent Value :Windows 2003 Standard
Value : Window , Label Window Dependent Value :Hyper-V
in Transform map we are just using field mappings, no script being used.

Since that field is dependent on Operating System, you should set Operating System as well.
Are you setting that as well?
if not then add that field map and set and then try

Since the operation field depends on the operating system, updating only the operation field using transform map won’t work.
You need to update the operating system as well.
