How to integrate servicenow with Jira product (Cloud)

We want to test when we add a task in INC ticket on Servicenow and assign the assignment group to a specific group, a ticket should create on Jira product space.

Tried looking at some docs, most of them are advising to install Jira Spoke plugin which is unavailable.

Can someone please advise on this.

TIA.

Hi @kalyanirom ,

Are you getting any error while installing the jira spoke plugin.

It is available in plugin section in servicenow.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar

Thanks for the response.

This is really useful, it worked well, but its not updating the comments and worknotes in both the directions, added the update comments section as part of my webhook handler

Also, I see this warning message on Jira webhook routing policies page:

Could you please throw some light here.

Thanks
