I want to attempt CSA ITSM certifications currently I am not employed don't have free vouchers

looking for free vouchers to complete certifications because i was looking for service now roles starting upskilling on dev and admin part pls help me to get free vouchers for the certifications that helps me to get the opportunity because currently located in Australia thank you

Unfortunately, there is currently no free Voucher available, but you can practice by getting your Personal Developer Instance (PDI). Just certification of any kind may not be enough; you can start learning from the following points:

You can also start to watch tutorials from YouTube as well as refer to the ServiceNow University and ServiceNow documentation.

You can check the current ServiceNow learning programs and certification promotions available in Australia. Free exam vouchers are generally not available on request, but sometimes ServiceNow events, training programs, or employer/partner programs provide vouchers.

Since you're starting with Admin and Development, I would focus first on the CSA and build hands-on experience through a PDI. For ITSM, learning the core ITSM modules alongside the CSA will also help when applying for ServiceNow roles.
