ServiceNow stores form layouts in the sys_ui_element table.
If you filter sys_ui_element where name = incident, you’ll see all the fields and which view they belong to.
Export that list to Excel (List view → Export → Excel).
Excel Export
Once you have the list in a ServiceNow list view, click the hamburger menu (top left).
Choose Export → Excel (.xlsx).
Now you’ll have a spreadsheet with fields grouped by view.
Use Form Layout if you want to check manually.
Use sys_ui_element table if you want to extract all fields at once.
Export the list to Excel from the list view.
