Hey @ShariqhM

Yes, to test this you should use a test user who is a member of the newly created Knowledge Group.

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Open the newly created Knowledge Group.
  2. Add a test user in the Members related list.
  3. Make sure the group has the required role, for example sn_hr_core.kb_writer.
  4. Impersonate that test user.
  5. Try to create a new Knowledge Article in the required Knowledge Base.
  6. Also try to edit/update the article to confirm write access.

If the group does not have any members, then no user will inherit the role from that group, so the access cannot be properly tested.

You should also test with another user who is not part of the group. That user should not be able to create or edit articles if the access is configured correctly.
