When we create any recoreds and at that time we mention order numer like 100, 200, 300.

here my question is if we create any duplicates is this possible to delete the recored?

Hi @sivasnow666 ,

Yes- ServiceNow allows you to delete a record even if the value in your “order number” field (like 100, 200, 300) is duplicated, as long as you have permission to delete records in that table

Yes you have option to delete but recommended approach is go for inactive instead of deleting directly.
