PDI Request Pending for Over 2 Days - No Instance Assigned

Hi everyone,

I requested a ServiceNow developer instance through the Developer Portal (developer.servicenow.com) about a week ago, but it still hasn't been provisioned yet. No confirmation email or error message received so far.

Has anyone faced a similar delay? A few things I'd like to know:
- Is a 1-week wait normal for developer instances?
- Is there a way to check the status of my request?
- Should I cancel and re-request, or wait longer?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @sunilservic

A pending Personal Developer Instance (PDI) request is currently a known issue due to high demand for new platform releases.

Wait times can range from 1 to 7 days or more.

Patience is key, as the free PDI environment relies on automated provisioning queues rather than traditional support channels.

There is no support available for PDI.
