When creating a task from an idea, the Idea Title maps to the task’s Title field.
The Idea Description maps to the task’s Description field.
it should Works for all task types available in the dropdown (Demand, Project, Epic, Story, SAFe, etc.) depending on installed plugin
After auto-population, the Idea Manager can edit the title and description in the task record if needed.
So, Here after auto population only idea manager can only able to edit the the title and description on the task record. 
How to acheive this?

What did you already try that didn't work?

And what is it exactly you need help with? Is it the copying of the data from one task to another, or the limitation of writing to the table?

No actually, I want idea manager role user should able to access the task record type(demand, epic, story, project) to edit the fileds of title and description
