Hi All,
I recently noticed that my ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI), is no longer assigned to me. I have important data and work stored in this instance that I need to recover.
Could you please assist me in restoring access to my instance or provide a backup of the data if restoration is not possible?
I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi @AmruthamB ,
This is not possible - ALWAYS remember to back up your work and NEVER have work related stuff in your PDI - that is the main two rules. Only option you have is to request a new PDI for future development, but the old one is gone.

Hi @AmruthamB ,
There is no support avaialble on PDI (as it is not a paid service). So retoration is not possible and no one from Community will be able to help you out. Going forward keep these things in mind and take regular backup of your data from PDI.
