In service accounts in the related list only the RITM created by sponsor is showing when he is the requestor. For other person it is not showing as he is not the sponsor. The RITMs should show for that particular account whosoever raises. How to do that

Hi Buddy,

Its showing RITMs based on the sponsor/requestor relationship, not based on the service account itself.

That’s really why:

  • If the sponsor raises the request - the RITM appears

  • If someone else raises it for the same account - it doesnt show

The list is basically answering: “what did this sponsor request?” instead of “what requests exist for this service account?”

If your goal is to show all RITMs tied to that account, regardless of who submitted them, the related list needs to be adjusted to filter by the service account field on the RITM, not by sponsor/requested for.

Once that relationship is updated:

  • Anyone can raise a request for the account

  • All those RITMs will appear under that account

  • Visibility won’t depend on who the sponsor was anymore

So it’s not a permissions issue — it’s just the filter/relationship behind that related list pointing at the wrong field.
