Service Offering linking

Hi all!

 

I have populated Service Offering and linked it to a parent Service.

Assignment Type is set to All Instances.

I can search for Service Offering itself and find it in my Incidents/Requests but when choising parent Service I don't get back any Service Offering.

Why are these not linking?


On the other hand somebody has setup previous Service Offerings with these Assignment Types and they work.

Have you looked at the reference qualifier behind the fields? Is there any custom logic made?
