One of the service desk engineer closed the tickets within SLA but showing as breached.

You need to check the SLA conditions, also try to repair the SLA.

So the check mark "breached" is set to true? correct? If yes, have you looked into the SLA definitions and the single SLA attached to the affected record? Can you share some snips as it would be easier to help you troubleshooting if we know the context.
