There is a "Local news people" Kb article section which is not appearing at the portal.

The "local news people" section is not visiable on the service portal home page for the users who are belongs to "Panama", "colambia", "costa rica", "Argentina" and some peoples are able to see the section on the portal who are belongs to "chile", "Brazil", "Mexico" I have checked portal widgets, user criteria and related scripts also but no luck to find out exact reason for the issue. could you please help me please.

Have you checked through 'User Criteria Diagnostics' to see if that brings you a solution? Because it sounds like it's somewhere from there.

Hi Mark thanks for responding,
I have checked the "User Criteria Diagnostics" as well the users have all the roles for the accessing even they have admin role also, and it is saying the users(who are not able to see) have access for the knowledge base when I checked there. But they are unable to see the section of KB articles on the portal.

Check on the widget you use to show the articles. Is there any limitation build in there? Maybe certain roles are needed?
