I hope you are doing well.
I am trying to get a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) for learning and development purposes, but my account has been put on the waitlist.
Whenever I log into the Developer Portal, I see the message: "You're waitlisted for an instance. You'll receive an email as soon as one is available." (I have also attached the screenshot for your reference).
I would highly appreciate it if you could assist me in getting access to an instance at the earliest.
Thank you for your time and support.

In that case I will recommend to leave waitlist and request again with slightly greater version - you can request zurich also for all the last updates..

Hi @akshatmishr
Due to high demand following a new platform family release, PDI pools for the Australia version are currently experiencing errors or waitlisting. These days lots of similar issue reported.
I will suggest you to request a Zurich instance and then upgrade it to the Australia release from your PDI. Wait for it if it is waitlisted.
There is no Support available for PDI.

Hi @akshatmishr,
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to bypass or expedite the PDI waitlist. ServiceNow places users on the waitlist when developer instance capacity is fully utilized. Once additional resources become available, instances are allocated automatically, and you'll receive an email notification.
In short, the waitlist is usually due to limited instance capacity, and the only guaranteed solution is to wait until an instance becomes available and is assigned to your account automatically.
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as helpful and correct. ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌😊
