If you are unable to request a new lab instance , do following things.
1) For other course where you have requested the lab instance and not started course - Release that lab instance .
NOTE: Lab instances are limited to 2 running instances per student.

2) If you are unable to find that where 2 lab instances were requested, Raise a case to Now learning support within Servicenow University
