A few months ago, we shared some exciting news about our acquisition of Bravium's applications. Since then, we've been hearing a ton of interest from our customers and partners about what's to come.
Well, look no further! Here's a preview of what the NEW Impact Platform Health can do - starting in December 2025:
We've also been getting a lot of questions from across the ecosystem, and wanted to make sure that we were addressing them:
Will Bravium's applications become part of Impact?
Yes. We are fully replatforming Bravium's Best Practice Engine onto Impact, as a new and improved Platform Health suite.
When am I going to be able to use the new Impact Platform Health features?
Starting on December 4th, 2025 - the new Impact Platform Health features will be available in the Impact Store App.
If you haven't heard of the Store App or want to know more about how to set it up, check out our post HERE
What are these new features going to be, and how are they different from what's in Impact today?
We're improving our existing Platform Health features:
▪️Health Scan 👉 Scan Engine - faster scans that YOU can control and run whenever you want
▪️Health Assessment Dashboard 👉 Diagnostics Dashboard - get more data relevant to YOUR specific priorities
▪️Proactive Code Check 👉 Real-Time Prevention - scan ANYTHING on your instance while you're working on it
AND releasing completely new, agentic AI powered features, and new integrations:
🤖 Code Fix AI Agent - AI agents that can fix your code for you
💡 Proposed Fix - a library of code improvements you can leverage to fix issues faster
🔌 Azure, Jira, and ServiceNow Integrations - connect to your favorite dev tools and easily create user stories
Do I need to pay extra for this?
Nope! These features will be included in all paid Impact plans.
Are there any differences in what I get based on the Impact plan I have?
Yes - here's a breakdown:
Impact Guided | Impact Total | |
Scan Engine | ✅ | ✅ |
Scan Engine Custom Definitions | 10 active custom definitions | Unlimited active custom definitions |
Diagnostics Dashboard | ✅ | ✅ |
Real-Time Prevention | ✅ | ✅ |
Proposed Fix | ✅ | |
Dev Integrations | ✅ | ✅ |
Code Fix AI Agent | Available with any Pro Plus SKU | Available with any Pro Plus SKU |
If you're an Impact Guided customer, you can purchase the Platform Health Add-On package to get the same feature set as our Impact Total plan.
Can I use these features if I'm in a regulated environment?
Yes! The new features will be available in GCC, NSC, SPP AU, Singapore IFS. They'll also be available On-Prem.
What if I'm already a Bravium customer?
The Bravium apps that were available on the ServiceNow Store are now end of life status. If you’ve got an active Bravium contract, not to worry, we’re honoring your contracts, and you’ll be fully supported until the end of your contract term.
If your Bravium contract has expired, but you happen to be an Impact customer, you'll have access to the Bravium apps until June 30, 2026.
If your Bravium contract has expired, and you're not an Impact customer, you’ll have access to the Bravium apps until December 31, 2025.
Are there any steps I should take to transition from using Bravium BPE to using Impact?
1️⃣ Make sure that the settings, roles, and custom definitions you had in BPE are set up in Impact
2️⃣ Turn off Real-Time Prevention in BPE, and start using it in Impact
3️⃣ Start using Diagnostic Scans in Impact
4️⃣ Once you're comfortable using Real-Time Prevention and Diagnostic Scans in Impact, turn off and uninstall BPE
For a full guide on how to uninstall BPE - please refer to the PDF at the bottom of this post.
Note: If you'd like to keep historical scan data in BPE, you have to export it. It will not carry over to Impact.
What about existing Impact Platform Health features?
You can still request HealthScans and use the Health Assessment Dashboard. However, all our future development will be directed towards the Scan Engine and Diagnostics Dashboard available in the Impact Store App.
Proactive Code Check will be replaced by Real-Time Code Scanning. If you've already started using Proactive Code Check, you'll still have access to it.

Do Impact customers have to have the Impact Store App installed in order to take advantage of this? Or will this be a separate store application?

@collin-hyslop that’s correct! You will need to have the Impact Store App in order to use these features. They will be included in the December 2025 Store release version of the Impact Store App.

Thanks for the news, sounds great!
One question: We are in the progress of evaluating implementation of Bravium BPE.
Based on the news, should we wait until Dec 2025 and proceed with the then "upgraded" Impact Platform Health, or would it still be feasible/ recommended to implement Bravium Apps now, and then transition to Impact Platform Health in December?

@mschwarz78 If I'm understanding your question correctly, it sounds like you haven't purchased Bravium Best Practice Engine yet, and are still evaluating it. The Bravium apps are now End of Life status, so you aren't able to purchase them independently anymore.
Your best bet is to wait until December 4th when the new Platform Health features are available in Impact.
