The big day is finally here! We are excited to announce the new and improved Platform Health suite in ServiceNow Impact.
When we initially announced our acquisition of Bravium's applications back in April, and published an update to the community over the summer on our ongoing work to replatform the applications into Impact, the overall response from all of you has been tremendous. Those two posts have over 34,000 views (and counting! 😇), so we couldn't be happier to say that the wait is now over.
So here's what's now available:
▪️Scan Engine - faster scans that you can control and run whenever you want
▪️Custom Definitions - define and tailor the rules that you want to scan for
▪️Analytics Dashboard - get more data relevant to your role's specific priorities (10 active ones for Guided plans, unlimited for Total plans)
▪️Real-Time Validation - instantly scan any code on your instance for best practice violations
▪️Azure, Jira, and ServiceNow Integrations - connect to your favorite dev tools and easily create user stories
▪️Code Fix AI Agent - AI agents that can fix your code for you (for customers with any Pro Plus package)
▪️Proposed Fix - a library of code improvements you can leverage to fix issues faster (for Impact Total plans, or customers with a Platform Health Add-On)
Remember - these features are exclusive to the Impact Store App - if you haven't set it up yet, check out our post HERE for a short video that tells you how to get started!
We could write pages and pages about what these features can do - but it'll be even better to SHOW you exactly what you're going to be getting, and how you can use it. So check out our series of how-to videos:
1️⃣ Setting the Impact Store App (this includes setting up Scan Engine and Real-Time Validation)
2️⃣ Setting up Now Assist for Impact (this includes setting up Code Fix AI Agent)
3️⃣ Setting up instance integrations for Impact's Platform Health features
4️⃣ Getting familiar with Analytics Dashboards

For existing Bravium BPE customers, make sure to follow the steps below to begin your transition over to using Impact:
1️⃣ Make sure that the settings, roles, and custom definitions you had in BPE are set up in Impact
2️⃣ Turn off Real-Time Prevention in BPE, and start using it in Impact
3️⃣ Start using Diagnostic Scans in Impact
4️⃣ Once you're comfortable using Real-Time Prevention and Diagnostic Scans in Impact, turn off and uninstall BPE
For a full guide on how to uninstall BPE - please refer to the uninstallation guide at the bottom of this post.
Note: If you'd like to keep historical scan data in BPE, you have to export it. It will not carry over to Impact.
