Gen AI Powered Root Cause Analysis
For customers on our Impact Total plan - turn your performance KPIs in Instance Observer into a plain English summary that quickly tells you what you need to know when you're troubleshooting an incident.
Instance Observer Alerting & Notifications for Impact Guided
Guided customers - great news! You now have access to the most commonly used alerts in Instance Observer, and can set up notifications using any communication channel you'd like.
Here's the types of things you can now get alerted to:
📉 If your instance isn't performing
🛑 If data isn't flowing the way it's supposed to
😫 If your system is getting overloaded
⌛ If your scheduled tasks are getting stuck

Impact for Domain Separated MSPs
