while claiming voucher it is showing noy associated and mapping issue when I raised my case they are sent solution below picture but i have only one email id to login I did not use any other email id what is the solution i raised case again but no reply kindly help I have to take exam in no time at all but this issue is not solving. can I unlink n link with same email or anything else have to be done pls pls suggest

Yeah, I'd start with unlinking and relinking your account. If you have only used 1 email ever for this than it should work. But if ServiceNow is indicating an account merge, perhaps it was done under a different email like a work email. Unfortunately your options are limited and you'll need to work with support, but since its something we pay for, I'm sure they'll help.
