Azure Monitor to ServiceNow Integration

Hi Team,

 

We are working on integrating Azure Monitor with ServiceNow for Event Management.  We are planning to use OOTB bi-directional connector.  The documentation says, we require MID Server.  Is that correct or we can integrate directly the two platforms without adding/selecting the MID Server?  Has anyone done that yet?

It is best to post questions in the related Product Hubs. 

Are you on the latest version Vancouver+ with all the plugin updates?  If so, please follow the implementation guide and workshop presentation in Now Create.  The newest version you would use the Service Operations Integrations Launchpad.  This is a wizard like experience that will walk you through the configuration.  It is recommended you use a MID Server.
