Cannot Access Support Portal, App Store, or Use App Engine Studio

Hello!
I'm able to login to my dev instance, but I cannot do anything because I'm not able to install spokes (can't even login to the app store--stuck in a login loop), and I cannot login to the support portal either (another, different login loop).  I do have a valid serviceNow ID, and I have my development instance, and I'm able to login to those just fine.  What am I doing wrong?  It's difficult to develop anything under these constraints.

I'm having the same issue or scenario...
If my instance is for development only, won't I have access to the App Store or the support portal?
And is there any alternative way to access the app store? I needed to install some apps for testing.

Hi @DannielCioti ,

 

No, if you only have a PDI, then you can't test store applications out - this is only for DEV/TEST/PROD instances purchased.
